His main focus has been process improvement and organizational change through IT-enabled projects, in functional areas spanning sales, marketing, order management, finance and customer service.
He is multi-cultural and multi-lingual (English, French, Spanish), with a degree in mechanical engineering and further studies in aerospace and computer science.
